Header 4 is small and centered, and made for image captions. The colons on either side are automatic.

Paragraph is your main text body, and has an automatic left indent on the first line. It can be bold, italic, underlined (though be warned, this looks like a link), even striked through or highlighted. It can contain links which turn white on hover.

hr makes a line. Headers don't automatically have lines below them, so you can use this after headers or wherever you like a break.

These tables are fun, because they will snap between a 4 wide grid to a 2 wide grid when changing from a wide window to a skinny one. This does mean that whatever info you put into them, you need to copy over in the correct way.
